JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World <br><br>Site Manager<br><br>The Site Manager supports the Program Manager by planning, directing, controlling, scheduling, coordinating, and organizing the site operation and maintenance activities. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at the work site level. <br>- Evaluates alternatives for more efficient accomplishment of work, establishes procedures, and develops documentation. <br>- Interfaces through oral and written instruction with contract personnel and customer agency representatives. <br>- Initiates corrective actions as required. <br>- Responsible for cost, schedules, and technical performance of the operation. <br>- Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning maintenance, training, and quality management aspects of operation. <br>- Provides for the welfare of the personnel and the enhancement of the contract, to include optimizing the balance between resources of manpower, equipment, time, materials, and money. <br>- Responsible for keeping the Company, Corporate Management, and interested US Government personnel apprised on status of operations and maintenance and any other special interest items. <br>- Perform other qualified duties as assigned. <br><br>Minimum Requirements:<br>- Minimum 2 years' experience with Associates degree, OR 5 or More years' experience without college degree. <br>- Possess 5 years of management experience including experience in tactical training systems and/or aviation systems. US Citizen required. <br>- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a large and diverse workforce. <br>- Skilled in operations, logistics, and resource management. <br>- Ability to respond rapidly and sufficiently to changing requirements, unexpected contingencies and other challenging situations. <br>- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills. <br><br>Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
