JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Site Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportation
Benefits: as per KSA labor law
Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA
About the Client:
A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East.
Job Description:
- Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
- Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc
- Conduct quantity take off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities
- Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Open to Indian nationals
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable
- Willing to travel within region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage
- Preferably with driver’s license
Salary:
SAR
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
