TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
Our SMB High Value Acquisitions team is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing high-potential new advertisers on the TikTok Ads Platform. You will consult with top level decision makers (C-Level; Management & Marketing & media buying decision makers) to help them incorporate TikTok Ads into their marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop best practices for client acquisition and sales, while building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, establishing lasting client relationships, focusing on revenue and bottom line business impact.
Success in this position requires business acumen, a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You Will:
- Build, manage & convert a pipeline of new clients in the Meta markets.
- Qualify, pitch and close new high potential business opportunities for the TikTok Ads Platform.
- Design compelling advertising strategies & prove early client success on the platform.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation initiatives such as in-market events & webinars.
- Consistently reach or exceed performance goals, whilst delivering a best-in-class experience to Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) clients.
Requirements:
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills are essential for success.
- Experience in sales and/or business development environment.
- Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreaching to new customers.
- Experience in closing and winning high value deals.
- Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to think independently and strategically to propose recommended solutions to c-level executives and/or marketing decision makers.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Understanding of digital advertising & campaign management.
