Soft FM Manager - Client Side – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Big Fish Recruitment
Our client is a JV between a European Multi-National Facilities Management company and a leading Riyadh based group of companies. They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a Soft FM Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The project is highly prestigious, so candidates should be well presented with good communication skills. Candidates should also have a degree or diploma in an facilities management or any related discipline and with in-depth knowledge in BICSc. Ideally, candidates should have experience or be capable of working in a client side, consultancy or managing agent position.
Requirements:
- Degree in Facilities Management, Business administration or a related field- Proven experience in Soft FM Services - client side, consultancy or top tier service provider
- Qualified or In-depth knowledge in BICSc
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, IWFM, CIBSE) is a plus.
