We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Soft Services Facilities Coordinator to join our team in the Facilities Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations for a prestigious client in Riyadh, KSA. The Soft Services Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of all facility-related activities.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, repair and operation of all facilities in the designated area.
• Manage and supervise facility staff, including janitorial and maintenance teams, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Develop and implement facility management programs, including preventive maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance schedules and inventory.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary services and supplies for facility maintenance and operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for facility safety, health and environmental sustainability.
• Participate in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects, renovations and expansions.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to address facility-related needs and concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in facilities management or building operations would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment and maintenance processes.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage facility staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with facility-related regulations, codes and standards in KSA.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
