Soft Services Manager - 5* hotel experience - Tabukh, KSA
Our client is an established and reputable FM service provider. They are currently seeking a Soft Services Manager to join their KSA operation based in Tabuk, KSA
• Ensures the delivery of quality housekeeping and cleaning by managing a blue collar team
• Ensures contract compliance adhering to SLAs and KPIs
• Ensures Health and Safety compliance
• Completes personnel appraisals for his staff
• Must come with 5* hotel experience
• To work single status in a remote location
• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• FM related qualification – (BICS desirable)
• Experience managing a blue collar team
• Good report writing skills
