JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of soft services operations across our facility portfolio. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in soft FM disciplines including housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and customer services, and must be based in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.-Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in managing soft FM services in commercial, mixed-use, or large residential facilities.
-Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
-Knowledge of FM-related standards and health & safety regulations.
-Proficiency in reporting, budgeting, and performance management tools.
-Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
