JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years EA consulting experience with overall 12 – 15 years of IT experience, Enterprise Architecture, EA Frameworks and Tools.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience. And 3+ experience in system design and architecture.
• Experience working in a highly complex environment.
• Expert in object oriented software and SOA design patterns that utilize technical, integration, and component architecture techniques and methodologies that achieve high performance, flexible, portable, reusable, resilient, and ease of maintenance objectives across middleware and application boundaries.
• Previous work experience in some of the following oracle products: OSB, OAM, IDM, BPEL process manager, ODI, and OER.
• Ideal candidate brings a wealth of in-depth hands-on expertise and learning experiences with specialized skillsets in the areas of object pooling, caching, resource contention management, database persistence, threading, state management, and overall best practice service design.
• Must possess current expert skills in developing software using java, Java EE, and Oracle database technology as well as exhibit deep knowledge of Web Service technology, BPM and DMS.
• 5+ years of experience with server-side technologies and major application servers
• The job holder must have a record of strong performance and be a trusted professional with a high level of credibility
• The incumbent must have team building skills, mentoring skills and the ability to motivate people and teams
• Working experience with different Enterprise Architecture frameworks e.g. TOGAF ADM, Zachman, FEAF etc.
• Working experience with different architectural domains including Business, Information, Application and Technology along with all sub-components / building blocks of the architectural domains
• Working experience with Enterprise Architecture Governance specially governance review process aspects
• Good understanding of other architectural aspects e.g. Integration Architecture, Security Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture etc.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture context elements including Organization Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, Business & IT Imperatives and relation between the elements and association with Enterprise Architecture Visions
• Working experience with one or more EA tool e.g. Troux, ArchiMate, ARIS etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and working experience managing key stakeholder expectations including CxOs. Experience in spearheading business and / or IT initiatives and providing enterprise architecture leadership bandwidth
