The project:
This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

Job Summary:
• Responsible for overseeing the implementation of manuals, systems, and ensuring their effectiveness in meeting various requirements, while establishing clear vision and goals.
• Provide guidance to managers and professionals, which may involve creating policies for sports development and promotion, analyzing sports trends, issues, and opportunities, as well as evaluating and monitoring progress.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Lead the end-to-end project management of developing Design and Construction Guideline for sporting venues for the Ministry of Sports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering over 20 sports.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform the development of guidelines that align with industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that guidelines meet the needs of diverse sporting events.
• Oversee the drafting and documentation of guidelines, ensuring clarity, precision, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Working on Multi Sport Major Events and Sporting Facilities and familiar with international codes and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
You’ll be responsible for:
• Successful interaction with a range of key stakeholders i.e. Sports Federations, Project Management, Strategic Planning team etc.
• Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in Sport discipline with minimum 15 years of experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Sports Projects or Design Management disciplines.
Additional qualifications:
• Knowledge of Best practice Industry Codes & Standards
• Exposure to LEED / sustainability principles
• Work Experience – Sports projects especially in Multi Sport Major Events and Sporting Facilities
