Job Purpose
Assuming prime responsibility for the oversight and administration of business plan development and execution, performance reporting & operation reviews, systems & process improvements, management of committees & working groups
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Development of the vision, mission, strategic objectives, initiatives and KPIs as per alfanar practices
- Building strategic objective that is well evaluated and selected based on deep assessment of the current situation and in relation to the SU vision in IT department
- Writing Minutes of Meeting and follow-up the execution of agreed tasks and decisions
- Management of Changes to the Annual plans and update the plan documents accordingly
- Supporting KPIs and SLAs identification, development and reporting
- Last year annual plan performance review session and roll over plan
- Preparation of the plan for the different functions with-in the service unit and support in building the consolidated version of it
- Strong experience in PM framework, processes and able to structure PM office systems Ability to do QC on all content consumed on Atlassian Products vs. related SLAs, KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS
- Perform Jira cloud system administration activities
- Highlights on any issues/risks planning might find relevant to projects
- Worked in large enterprise (10,000+ employees) project management and tool development
- Managing IT PMO's with 25+ ongoing projects
- Experience in Atlassian projects development and projects management
Qualification
- Bachelor in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Information Technology
Experience
- 5 to 10 Years
