JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The SRM Manager will be responsible to manage supplier/vendor activities while maintaining new and existing supplier/vendor relationships.
They will also be responsible for
* Identifying and sourcing suitable suppliers.
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices for products and services.
* Ensuring that suppliers fulfil their contractual obligations.

Our client is a confidential Government organization aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030 and will be responsible for several mega development projects across the Kingdom.
Description
* Developing and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships with approved suppliers.
* Pre-qualifying, evaluating and assessing supplier products, services and prices.
* Monitoring active suppliers to ensure required level of performance and service delivery.
* Developing and implementing a supplier and vendor sourcing strategy.
* Effectively communicating with vendors and suppliers to ensure awareness of responsibilities.
* Assessing and evaluating supplier performance by implementing effective evaluation criteria.
* Striving for continuous improvement of the organizational SRM and vendor management framework and strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 6 years' experience across SRM and vendor management.
* Background in construction or real estate development is preferred.
