JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. The Staff Nurses will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a strong commitment to patient advocacy and safety.
Experience level of minimum of 3 years as a Staff Nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patient health needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective coordination of patient care and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and healthcare staff, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
We are looking for Staff Nurses in the following areas: PICU, OB/GYNAE, Orthopaedic, Surgery Recovery Ward, Adult Surgical Ward, Coronary Care, Cardic Unit, Paediatric, Antenatal, Isolation Unit, ER, Endoscopy, Coronary Care Unit,OR Room and ICU. We are recruiting 100's of Western Trained Nurses for this client.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited Western institution & be Western Trained- Valid professional nursing license and registration
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting, with a solid understanding of clinical nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Salary:
SAR
17,000 to 49,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
