JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standards and accreditation policies aligned with ICAO and IATA requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline certification processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training on ICAO and IATA standards to relevant teams.
- Lead the preparation and submission of documentation for certification audits.
- Monitor changes in international aviation standards and update organizational policies accordingly.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for accreditation authorities and auditors.
- Prepare detailed reports on accreditation status, audit findings, and compliance improvements.
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational readiness and accreditation success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field- +5 years of experience
- Proven experience in aviation operations and technical compliance
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO and IATA regulations
- Proficiency in compliance management tools and relevant software.
