JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a globally renowned Luxury Fashion Maison brand who is respected for its craftmanship and artisanal techniques in RTW and Accessories. Our client is looking to hire a Store Manager to represent the brand as a true brand ambassador and role model, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

The Store Manager will focus on maximising sales, profitability and operational standards. The role will act as a brand ambassador, lead in customer service and understand public relations. The Store manager must ensure that the brand DNA is maintained in the store at all times, customer service standards are enhanced and delivered by a passionate, creative and professional store team.

The Store Manager will be responsible for performing and leading in-store events and promotional activities. The role will collaborate with Heads of departments to analyse, identify market needs and creative business strategies. Additionally, the role will also be responsible for exciting, inspiring and motivating the team, providing necessary training to ensure results are delivered in person and virtually.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Store Manager with a recognised luxury brand, preferably with an educational within a Arts and Design background. The ideal candidate will be well-connected within the fashion society and be passionate about fashion, art and culture. Our client is looking for a KSA National with fluency in Arabic and English.
