JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our Client is a high end apparel group who are looking to recruit a Saudi National (female) Store Manager for their store in Khobar. You will be responsible for creating a best in class selling culture and ensure smooth operations in the store.
You will be responsible for managing and maximizing sales, talent management and provide leadership to 3 team members to help realize it mission, vision and values.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Sales and KPI's, people Management, Store Daily Operations, Communication and Reporting, Customer Service and Brand Awareness.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years solid retail experience, in any industry Apparel being advantageous.
You will also have previous management experience, strong communication skills, customer service skills, excellent leadership skills whilst being result oriented.
