JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Manage MATARAT strategic partnerships with industry associations, airport suppliers, and government entities.

Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships.

Negotiate terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefiting from the relationship.

Manage existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.

Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership to customers and other stakeholders.

Establish new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements.

Develop and manage long-term relationships with partners in order to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty.

Use data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships.

Requirements:

Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or other relevant disciplines.

Work experience: 5 - 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Functional competencies: Strategic planning, alliances and partnerships, marketing strategy, market research and analysis, benchmarking.
