Strategic Planning Manager (Technology, Defense and Alternative Energy)
Our client, a leading company in Advanced Engineering,Technology and OEM is seeking to recruit an experienced Group Strategy Manager to act as key initiator and driver of the Office of Strategy Management to manage the Corporate Strategy Execution of the company. He will work with senior leadership and in the business line to identify, scope, and structure key strategy initiatives to drive growth and profitability
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
- Identify and resolve critical strategic issues impacting the company by developing creative ways of working to enable change while maintaining focus on the bigger picture.
- Identify and analyze industry business opportunities to come up with the main impacts on corporate business
- Undertake periodic industry and sector analysis to identify critical areas affecting the strategic growth
- Design strategies; formulate action plans for the growth.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be expected to quickly understand the issues facing the business, structure and develop work plans so as to develop a strategic solutions to problems, drive implementation of these solutions, and work well within a team. He must be a hands-on person who possesses the best combination of strategic thinking and drive to achieve tangible business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA highly preferred
- Experience in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions and working effectively with cross-functional teams
