KBR is looking for a Subcontractor Administrator who executes subcontracts, purchasing of goods, services, and supplies which includes RFQ inquiry, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial negotiation including terms and conditions, and order placement.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of requirements for issuing orders and contracts in the Middle East as well as being familiar with the contracting review process working together with the legal department.
• Administration of orders as needed to monitor/manage contractor progress to ensure timely execution of work, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure proper completion as per stakeholders' requirements and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience in MS Dynamics (preferred) or SAP.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
• Be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
