The Supply and Operations Planning Manager will be responsible to manage end to end planning processes across supply, demand, operations and S&OP.

Description

* Develop and manage demand forecasting models to predict future customer demand accurately.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
* Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth flow of materials and products.
* Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together cross-functional teams to align on production and inventory strategies.
* Use data analytics tools to identify trends, evaluate historical data, and make data-driven decisions.
* Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain and operations performance.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
* Manage budgets related to supply and operations planning activities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the reliability of the supply chain.
* Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and forecasts.
