As a Supply Chain Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of our cosmetics products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Assist in the planning and execution of supply chain activities, including procurement, production scheduling, and distribution.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components for production.
* Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and logistics, to optimize supply chain processes.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any supply chain issues or concerns.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting the supply chain.
