Aviation Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's Aviation organization's supply chain operations. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale projects while driving continuous improvement initiatives within our supply chain system. Your primary objectives will be to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and ensure top-notch performance from our workforce.

Job Specific Accountabilities

* Optimize Gross Supply Value (GSV) management and material demand forecasting.
* Manage inventory levels and procurement claims/disputes for swift resolution.
* Implement risk mitigation measures and manage contract administration programs effectively.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders.
* Take ownership of critical operational situations, implementing mitigating actions to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with engineering departments and suppliers to ensure efficient spare parts supply chain management.
* Implement process improvements and stay updated on industry trends to enhance supply chain operations.
* Lead cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives and manage budgetary requirements while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the aviation industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.
