JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

Our client is a leading investments and commercial real estate services company based Riyadh, KSA. They are currently seeking for a Sustainability & Environmental Manager to START IMMEDIATELY for a fixed 3 months contract. The successful candidate will be handling client with Giga projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assessing organization's current sustainability strategies and protocols to identify where they can reduce their impact on the environment
- Researching and staying updated on the latest local and global sustainability news, trends and practices
- Assisting with applications for environmental funding
- Educating employees on eco-friendly practices and showing them how to improve their awareness of sustainability to reduce environmental impact
- Continually monitoring the company's sustainability-related data
- Providing feedback to the executive team on how the organization is performing from a sustainability point of view

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Proven relevant experience, specifically in environmental and sustainability expertise
- Excellent knowledge with environmental laws, architecture, design and engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in the field
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) or relevant studies
