JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team in the car rental industry. The Sr. System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and a passion for solving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure the continuity of IT operations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in system administration to continually improve the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience minimum 5 years as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and network administration, including Windows and Linux environments.
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Windows Clustering, Services, Security knowledge
- Strong knowledge of network protocols & standards, IPs/Ports mapping (NAT) and security basics
- Strong knowledge of Firewall Rules/Policies, and VPN Configurations
- Good knowledge of managing & monitoring hardware components of physical servers
- Familiar with Load Balancer and Proxy configurations
- SQL Server Administration
- SQL Server Clustering and Archiving knowledge

Salary:
SAR 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
