• The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, independently handle all functions of recruitment.
• Must have exposure to telecalling, sourcing from competitor companies, convincing ability, negotiation skills, communication skills, positive body language, pleasing manners, willing to go beyond target, with a never die attitude
REQUIREMENTS
• MBA, MSW, Post Graduation in management subjects etc. with 3 to 5 years exp. in talent acquisition.
