JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and develop talent within the media industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing opportunities for talent while maintaining strong industry relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent when requested by management.
- Track all news related to the industry and generate reports on a daily and weekly basis from online sources.
- Search for talent through different channels including online platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others, and evaluate each talent.
- Secure commercial opportunities including sales, product placements, endorsements, and collaborations.
- Develop and implement marketing, PR, and branding strategies for talent.
- Assist in searching for music and gather information related to talent and songs from different producers on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with production houses, brands, and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams (media, casting, and business development) to maximize exposure and opportunities for talent.
- Handle talent schedules and activities.
- Assist in managing various tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in Arabic with an excellent command of English.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent management or the media industry.
- Good relationships with production houses and actors; knowledge in A&R is a plus.
- Strong network and connections with production houses, agencies, and industry professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Positive, team-oriented work approach and strong work ethic.
- Strong editorial judgment.
- Flexible to travel.
