Talent Head for a Leading Regional FMCG Organisation, KSA

A large Regional Organisation is looking for a Talent & Acquisition Head to join their dynamic and competitive business environment. This role would involve hiring, managing and retaining talented employees, as well as cooperating closely with the Head of Human Resources in all new and existing projects.

The ideal candidate currently is in a similar role within a large leading organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

- 7-10 + years of experience in ME region
- FMCG experience is required
- Multinational experience would be beneficial
- Career development experience
- Succession planning
- Performance management
- Must speak Arabic
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
