Job Description & Summary
- You will be responsible for managing clients and their expectations whilst providing strong and clear management in terms of service/product delivery, risk management and financial aspects of tax engagements.
- You will be expected to establish and manage relationships with clients, tax authorities and auditors. Interpret the complete spectrum of local tax laws and explain tax requirements in the context of the provision of tax advice. Make complex recommendations regarding tax solutions and manage the administration of tax matters on behalf of clients, including tax compliance procedures. Effectively manage tax assignments, tax team, deliverables, risk and financial aspects of various tax assignments. Prepare clear, sound, accurate reports containing tax opinions, findings, conclusions & recommendations and ensure that the engagement is compliant with firm-wide risk management procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
- Previous experience coaching and mentoring teams
- Build strong relationships with clients and actively engage in business development initiatives, including preparing for and presenting tax seminars, training and lectures.
- Able to understand and interpret tax regulations and laws.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience required
- Bachelors in accounting/finance or law related degree
