JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* To provide sales & customer services to end consumers and to insure the monthly targets achievements.
* Assures the achievement of agreed sales targets
* Build and maintain good relations with customers.
* Provide a high quality services to walk-in customers for new sales items or after sales support
* Ensure Implementation of sales activities plus company policies and procedures in the Flagship
* Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the sales trends and report it to Flagship supervisor.
* Escalate the customer order and problem on Remedy system with problem description.
* Receive the stock and cash from supervisor on daily basis.
* Get the new information and update from supervisor.
* Prepare a variety of status reports, including (orders, closings, follow-up ) to send it to supervisor
* Submit all cash transaction on a daily basis to flagship supervisor
* Archive all contract to send it to supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

* Retail / Customer Service Provided
* Min. 1-2 years' Experience in Customer Service.
* English/Arabic language.
* Business awareness.
* Diploma in Sales, Marketing \ IT or Business Administration
* Excellent Sales Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent and effective communications skills,
* Strong problem solving skill
