Role summary:
To oversee the technical operations of the facility, including production, utilities, and technology transfer, ensuring that all activities comply with SFDA, cGMP, and international regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily technical operations, including production, utilities, and technical services.
- Ensure compliance with SFDA, GMP, and international regulatory standards.
- Oversee equipment qualification, installation, and process validation during startup phases.
- Lead investigations, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues impacting quality or efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Supply Chain, Regulatory) and support audits.
- Drive technical team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role within a licensed pharmaceutical facility in Saudi Arabia is a must.
- Strong knowledge of SFDA, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation (preferably during startup).
