JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description
- To supervise all technicians work for the delivery of tasks as per assignment
- Plans & monitors the duties & tasks of the technicians on the site.
- Coordinates with engineers to ensure technicians with appropriate skills are allocated to jobs to minimize the risk of compromising productive Efficiency & job finish quality.
- Monitors the procedures of Health & safety are being implemented by the technicians on the site.
- Reports any problem on the site to the engineers
- Assign technicians to undertake the hardware installation activities and follows-up on their work.
- Assists in testing and commissioning phase during project implementation
- Revises the delivering of equipments to and from stores and clients
- Provides feedback to the Engineer in order to report it to Technical team leader on the performance of the Technicians, as input into their performance evaluations
REQUIREMENTS
Personal Skills
- Using Installation and Test equipment.
- Experience in all trays, pipes, hand holes installation and all panel management and wiring.
- Experience in low current current systems (FA, CCTV, AC, AV, PA, BMS, IPTV, and MCS)
Technical Skills
- Technical institutes graduate.
- Preferable or Industrial / Technical high school
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position with experience in low current &light current systems.
