Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver security discipline specific drafting services that meet Worley's, its customers' and applicable statutory, project's requirements and regulatory specification requirements.
  • Perform drafting assignments on time.
  • Perform necessary drafting tasks to produce detailed design deliverables in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers.
  • Able to assist in performing security discipline specific drafting work such as:
    • Intrusion Detection and Assessment (IDAS) perimeter layouts
    • Long Range Detection and Assessment (LRDAS) layouts
    • Long Range Detection and Assessment (LRDAS) coverage
    • Security cable schematic diagram
    • Electrical single line diagram
    • Physical security room equipment layout
    • Physical security termination details
    • Physical security system block diagram
    • Physical security system wiring diagram
    • Physical security systems logical diagram
    • CCTV coverage layout
  • Able to assist in performing quality drafting review checks on design deliverables according to the project and company's quality steps and procedures.
  • Able to assist in performing site surveys and design verification according to site visit agenda when required.
  • Able to assist in performing security engineering design drawings and some elementary documentation.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and technical innovations in the security design.

Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Candidates must have an associate degree, diploma or equivalent as minimum.
  • Knowledge in physical security drafting in oil & gas, building and infrastructure sectors.
  • Good English level - read, write, and listen.
  • Display good communication and interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge in CAD tool design software such as 2D Micro-station, AutoCAD, ARCMAP GIS, Saudi Aramco SACS, etc. is a plus.
