JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* Responsible for driving sales and market share growth within the designated territory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
* The primary focus will be on promoting and selling Dental Consumables products to dental professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

A global leader in the dental industry, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative dental products and technologies.

Description

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
* Identify and prioritize target accounts, including dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories, based on potential for business growth.
* Regularly assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including dentists, dental assistants, and purchasing managers, through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
* Understand customer needs and preferences and provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on the company's product offerings.
* Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives within the territory to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.
* Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
* Forecast sales volumes and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
* Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives within the territory, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in Dentistry.
* Proven experience in B2B sales in the dental equipment/ consumables/ instruments industry.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Familiarity with the dental implant market and industry trends is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
