Wood is currently looking for a consultant transmission engineer
Wood is currently looking for a consultant transmission engineer with DWDM experience and radio GSM knowledge to work on the engineering and project management services with our Telecoms & Security team in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- To provide a radio transmission network design.
- Expertise in many telecom or security systems.
- Experience in data networks.
- Proficiency in GSM technology, protocols, and standards.
- Ability to design radio engineering and transmission systems.
- Relevant work experience in radio engineering, especially with TETRA systems.
Qualifications
- BS degree in electronics & communications or electrical engineering.
- Certifications related can be beneficial.
- Potential site visits to onshore and offshore sites (helicopter, boat).
