JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Trainee Projects Coordinator / Trainee Financial Analyst:
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Taking Minutes of meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Assist senior team in developing financial models and forecasting the trends
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior Projects Officer
• Financial Statement Analysis
• Assist the team in Report Writing
