JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client are seeking an experienced Learning/Training and Development Manager for their operations in Riyadh. The responsibilities of this role will include developing e-learning strategy and modules, identifying & completing training needs analysis, coaching and 'train the trainer', planning of training and working with external training providers.
REQUIREMENTS
To be suitable for the role you will have prior experience of training, talent management and performance development along with having prior experience of e-learning and other learning methodology. You will hold a degree and/or relevant training qualifications.
