JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Oversees all operational aspects of the Transportation Division.
• Create and maintain a network within departments and key personnel with current and potential clients and partners within the Transportation sector.
• Ensure all material including Business Development presentations, Bids, Tenders are up to our high standards before allowing external circulation or submission.
• Manage cost and budgeting, staff productivity including KPIs and legal requirements from an operational perspective within the Transportation Division.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff and optimize resource utilization ratio within the Transportation Division.
• Monitor project/s performance against the contractual obligations and closely follow project delivery within the Transportation Division.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 15 Years experience within the Transportation Engineering Consultancy sector
Minimum 3 years experience in Saudi Arabia
Must have experience building teams
Must have experience managing profit and loss
Must have experience in Business Development and Project Execution
