JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling / arranging Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (LG)
• Issuing import and export letters of credit Notifies exporters and importers of issuance of letters of credit covering shipment of merchandise.
• Reviewing letter of credit documents to determine compliance with Saudi standards.
• Verifying terms of credit, such as amount, insurance coverage, and shipping conditions to determine compliance with standards.
• Coordinating suppliers credit information and collateral papers with other departments for compliance with company standards
• Recording payments and liabilities and other suppliers account information,
• Preparing different type of related reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Ensuring a proper custody and archiving of treasury related documentation.
• Reviewing of terms and conditions related to banks' contracts regularly.
• Monitoring and controlling over subsidiaries bank accounts (Account position, charges and fees, interest rates...etc.).
• Preparing MIS reports – Daily Cash, Banks, Revenue and Loans positions
• Other duties as directed by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS /EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is essential.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• 5 years experience of Treasury Accounting including foreign exchange, liquidity and cashflow.
• Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties.
• Good understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt
• Strong knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader team
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong varied experience with accounting software.
• Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
