This position is ideal for a seasoned Treasury professional with expertise in managing complex multi-lender and multi-currency facilities. We're looking for someone skilled in facility and debt management, capable of handling high-level negotiations and intricate documentation.

Description

Key Responsibilities - Treasury Manager:

* Facility Management: Lead negotiations for multi-billion SAR facilities, handling all legal and financial documentation.
* Cash Optimization: Oversee inter company transfers and cash sweeps, optimizing returns across the group.
* Bank Relationships: Manage banking operations, including KYC, mandates, and resolving payment/collection issues.
* Cash Forecasting: Analyse and enhance short- to mid-term cash forecasts to align with long-term objectives.

Requirements:
