Overview

We are seeking a Turnaround & Inspection (T&I) Planner with experience in Turnaround planning to join with Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing Excellence's Projects and T&I Shared Services Department (P&TSSD)

Your primary role includes p lanning, monitoring and controlling T&I progress according to the define measurement criteria and work breakdown structure, and contribute to the development and implementation of T&I package.

You will produce reports consisting of progress curves illustrating the current developments, describing the outcomes and forecasting future tasks, and shall coordinate with planning and scheduling functions of Global Manufacturing Support & Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

Comply with corporate T&I manual requirements identified responsibilities.

Forecast and plan required materials according to established standard, prepare contracts and equipment service requests and compiles T&I package.

Initiate the discretionary request to avoid EIS equipment overdue.

Initiate internal orders, notifications and work orders as per SAP workflow requirement pertaining to T&I work.

Conduct pre-T&I acceptance critique meetings and follow up meetings for Standalone Equipment T&I's.

During T&I monitors the progress of the T&I on a daily basis and give feedback to T&I Director and execution team.

Prepare and update job cards for individual equipment.

Develop T&I scope of work for Standalone Equipment T&I's.

Schedule contractor, heavy equipment's for T&I as needed and ensure that there is no plant access problem.

Make arrangement before startup of T&I to ensure the availability of all materials, manpower and services required to meet the shutdown needs.

Ensure the history is updated and technically completed all works orders prior to closing work orders.

Ensure onsite availability of all materials, manpower and service requirements.

Follow up with contractors' activities at site.

Process the return of all support equipment and machines (i.e. crane, forklift, air compressor, flood glitch, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

You must have a m inimum of 7 years Maintenance Planning experience including at least three years devoted to Turnarounds (Planning & Execution).

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to identify all materials, services, equipment, creating/updating job card and T&I packages and special preparations required for each job step.

Knowledge of SAP is must.
