Position overview:
TAWANTECH is seeking a creative and analytical UI/UX developer to enhance our online user experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging interfaces and creating harmonious user experiences for our software applications. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to implement user-friendly designs.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Ensure a consistent brand and user experience across all platforms and devices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to create user personas and journey maps effective in informing design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and problem-solving skills.
