JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Planning decision proposal
- Propose solutions and alternatives planning for the transaction.
- Develop a procedure schematic for the transaction.
- Preparation of all types of governmental schemes.
- Reviewing the implementation of technical and planning standards for residential areas and providing services according to planning standards in the plans
- Recommend the establishment of the most appropriate various urban infrastructures, such as schools or roads.
- Use computer software applications to assist in the planning process, including mapping wilderness areas, predictive planning, development costs, and predictive trends, such as population growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering (such as civil, and mechanical engineering)
- 2-5 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork
- Knowledge of modern techniques
