JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

To manage the development and application of tourism product and services delivered in the project and ensure sustained tourists interest and high levels satisfaction.

Description

* Determines visitor center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, and cost/benefit analyses; identifying and evaluating state-of-the-art technologies; defining user requirements; establishing technical specifications, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
* Maintains and improves visitor center operations by monitoring performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing analyses; managing process improvement and quality assurance programs.
* Manage visitor center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
* Prepares annual budgets and RFP's related to visitor center.
* Manage the processes of resolving unforeseen problems and issues as they arise and ensure the appropriate resolution of these problems and to utilize the learning to resolve similar problems in the future.
* Ensure high standards of service delivery through the consistent application of recognized standards and established policies, procedures and practices.
* Manage any complaints and suggestions related to the visitor center services in addition and provide the proper response.
* View the leading international best practices related to the visitors experience services in order to adopt and implement the suitable ones.
* Build strong relations and communicate continuously with the concerned parties and service providers in order to provide a high standards transportation services for the visitors of the different sites in the County.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree Operations Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration or relevant filed (Masters Degree preferred)
* 6 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role
