Description:

* To undertake the role of Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) having oversight of financial crime matter impacting the firm.
* To undertake the role of Local Compliance Officer (LCO) having oversight of compliance matter impacting the firm.
* To ensure compliance with Capital Market Authority requirements, and other relevant laws and directives impacting the firm.
* To have oversight of and manage all financial crime AND Compliance matters.
* Be the subject matter expert on all financial crime and compliance related matters and act in an advisory capacity within the second line of defence.
* Conducting strategic reviews of the financial crime framework, systems and controls and ensuring their adequacy to prevent and detect financial crime.
* Making recommendations for improvements to the financial crime systems and controls
* Implement and manage the compliance monitoring framework for. Produce reliable, comprehensive monitoring reports in a timely manner and ensure its delivery to appropriate personnel, including recommendations to rectify issues, and managing the implantation of remedies and other remedial actions.
