JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Linum Consult’s client is seeking a VP of Operations and Corporate Services to oversee company operations across their three offices in the Middle East, from their main office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing company operations and corporate services including HR, administration, and communications across the region
• Developing, improving, and monitoring the implementation of corporate operational procedures and processes
• Identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency across multiple countries
• Preparing corporate operations and services budgets in coordination with country operations
• Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives relating to operations and corporate services
• Working closely with VPs for Technical Delivery to ensure sufficient operational support is provided to delivery teams

REQUIREMENTS

PROFILE

• 15 years’ experience in organisational process improvement and optimisation
• Experience of working for international engineering consultants in the Middle East
• Demonstrable experience managing and directing change within organisations
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A strong understanding of the operating environment and employment regulations in KSA
