Description
Job description: Responsible for managing warehouse accounts and inventory, including monitoring inventory records, preparing inventory reports, assisting with stock counts, and ensuring accuracy of financial and inventory data.
Key responsibilities
- Track and record inventory movements within the warehouse.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly inventory reports.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and ensure actual inventory matches records.
- Ensure compliance with financial and inventory policies and procedures.
- Support warehouse and finance teams in any inventory-related tasks.
Required experience
- Previous experience in accounting or inventory management (preferably in warehouses).
- Proficient in accounting software and inventory management systems.
- High accuracy and strong organizational skills.
