JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
He / She will be responsible to design & implement New Programs in coordination with Operations, Third party Administrator and Clients/Brokers. Should ensure high levels of engagement are achieved with clients and insured’s. He / She develops a complete wellness program for clients and staff consisting of literature, employee presentations. He / She meets with supervisors and/or program managers regularly; and performs related duties as assigned.
He / She should be ready to travel across regions (Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar) for client meetings & implement Wellness Programs.
REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Health Sciences / Pharmacy/ Nursing with specialization in Wellness or related degree will be preferred.
• Two years’ experience in planning, organizing, initiating and supervising fitness/wellness programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of planning, coordinating and conducting a diversified fitness and wellness program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word processing (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access)
• Marketing, Publisher, social media experience and knowledge to design marketing material, will be advantage.
