Overview

We are seeking experienced management consultants to join the Workforce Optimization, Planning, & Analytics Division within the Organization Consulting Department.

The WOP&AD provides workforce demographic analyses, workforce planning, and manpower optimizations consulting services throughout the Company.

Positions at this level require experienced professionals with experience planning and leading consulting projects. The outcome of our integrated services is to assist Company organizations by using workforce analytics, planning, and optimization tools, assessments, and consulting services to support business initiatives and improve operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and conduct workforce analytics and workforce optimization studies based on parameters set by clients at various levels in the Company.
- Use analytics tools and expertise to predict, assess, or interpret demographic changes.
- Use tools and methods to assess and optimize manpower for Company organizations.
- Provide analytics management consulting services in situations where a high level of professional competence and business & operations experience are pre-requisites.
- Build sound professional relationships with all levels of management as required to satisfactorily complete assignments.
- Function with considerable independence in their field(s) of expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or within a group.
- Willing to travel throughout the Kingdom to various Company locations as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, business administration, statistics, or other technical degree. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience as either an analytics practitioner or as an internal or external management consultant providing workforce analytics consulting. New hires are expected to draw on their knowledge and expertise to provide immediate value.
- Additional process improvement certifications (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
