Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of workplace operations, including building maintenance, security, and safety protocols
* Develop and implement workplace policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security
* Coordinate workplace projects, including office renovations and furniture installations
* Manage workplace budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and savings wherever possible
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop workplace programs that support employee well-being, engagement, and productivity
* Monitor workplace technology systems and equipment, including audio-visual, telecommunications, and office equipment
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace management
* Facilitate any movements of office space and setting up new offices

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be strong in workplace management. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
* At least 10 years of experience in workplace management or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management, and vendors
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team of facility management professionals
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization
* Knowledge of workplace technology systems and equipment, as well as workplace safety and security protocols
* Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to workplace management and occupational health and safety
