JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Fully accountable for the direction of all aspects of HR activities for Hyflux overseas operations, mainly in MENA region
- Serve as the International HR point of contact and liaison for project teams and international stakeholders
- Design and implement effective talent sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization
- Build close, effective relationships with business leaders to ensure alignment of the HR process and systems with business needs
- Oversee the utilization of standard processes, tools and training to help employees aligned with Hyflux culture, leadership values, job requirements while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Measure and analyze key metrics for the purpose of ensuring HR effectiveness and quality; and, lead efforts to keep the HR team aligned and effective against key priorities
- Take reference and guidelines from Singapore Headquarter
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with prior experience and knowledge in MENA region and setting up in new markets
- Able to understand the cultural differences and legal obligations in the local markets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Resourceful with good problem solving skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure
- Working proficiency in French or Arabic would be an added advantage
- Flexible to travel and station in MENA countries when required
