JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is one of the largest and most respected providers of moving services worldwide. With corporate owned offices in over 40 countries including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, our client is synonymous with business relocations management and corporate relocation services.

The right candidate will have at least 3 years experience within the relocation/removals industry.

The company will cover the cost of relocation/visas. The salary payable is from S$4K per month, plus commission, plus housing allowance, annual flights home etc. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
The International Sales Estimator/Surveyor must convert a minimum of 60% (by volume) of all opportunities presented when selling our clients services.
The International Sales Estimator/Surveyor will carry out removal surveys that are booked and scheduled by the sales office.
To calculate quotations as required or directed and at all times ensure that support staff has provided accurate cost summaries before signing each quotation.
The International Sales Estimator/Surveyor will estimate accurately to be within +/- 10% of the volume packed.
To produce accurate survey reports and summary of client needs, with summary of costs involved, to Sales Secretary/Support Staff for production of pricing and formal quotations.
The International Sales Estimator/Surveyor will ensure all proposals are posted no later than 48 hours after survey; in the event that this requirement cannot be met, clients must be advised of quote status within 48 hours of survey.
